Duties
- Work in Special Collections with Pacific Northwest Curator to accession incoming manuscript and archival collections.
- Assist the curator with registering incoming materials in the collections database and project management software
- Assist with donor correspondence and gift reports.
- Search databases and catalogs.
- Retrieve and re-shelving record storage boxes and books.
- Use a variety of software, including Archives Space, Asana project management software, Google Drive, and Microsoft Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Competency in MS Excel and other basic Office software.
- Eagerness to learn new software and data management systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Professional attitude, strong attention to detail, and ability to stay self-motivated and complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner.

- Experience working in an office, library, or museum setting.
