Rate: $21.30/hr
Hours: 15; Monday-Friday, timing is flexible

Duties
- Assist with the planning, creation, scheduling, and evaluation of social media content to support organizational outreach and engagement goals.
- Contribute to organizational blog content by researching, drafting, editing, and publishing articles, recurring columns, and special content series.
- Maintain and update member and stakeholder records to ensure accurate organizational data and communications.
- Support organizational transition and special projects by documenting processes, organizing materials, and assisting with operational tasks as assigned.
- Analyze program impact data and assist with the preparation of reports, dashboards, and visualizations that demonstrate organizational outcomes.
- Conduct background research to support grant proposals, funding opportunities, presentations, and program development efforts.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to support health information outreach, education, and engagement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Current undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in a degree program related to library and information science, public health, communications, marketing, data science, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and management
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in health information, health literacy, libraries, public health, community engagement, or nonprofit work.
- Ability to conduct basic research, gather information from multiple sources, and synthesize findings.
Additional Details
The purpose of this position is to support health information outreach and program operations through communications, research, data analysis, and special projects while gaining valuable professional experience in a nonprofit academic environment.
