The Position
Job Title: Finance Student Specialist
Location/Department: Finance
Rate: $22.37/hr
Hours: 5 hours/week; M-F remote work

Duties
- Enter Financial data into the Libraries invoice processing system, ExLibris Alma
- Reconcile/Review daily manual invoices that have been processed, matching invoice number, date, vendor name, dollar amount and shipping and taxes
- Work on special projects as required
Required Qualifications
- Aptitude and willingness to learn new software applications
- Experience with Google Drive
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Able to communicate precisely, both verbally and in writing
- Available to work for a minimum of 1 year, including Summers
- Excellent attendance
- Self-starter with a solid work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in data entry/keyboarding and using 10 key
- Interest of, or knowledge of accounting or financial reconciliation
