  • The primary purpose of the event should be to raise awareness of services and resources that are available to all students, without additional fees, credits, or contracts, or to help students connect with one another and engage with their communities.
  • Events must abide by the Libraries Code of Conduct, including no selling, soliciting, or fundraising.
  • Events should not be intended for recruitment purposes.

Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) are generally not encouraged to table in Odegaard Library. You can find more resources for RSO tabling from the HUB.

Donation drives are welcome in Odegaard Library with the following conditions:

  • Donation bins must be clearly labeled with information about the sponsoring organization, the organization that items will be donated to, and who to contact if users have questions.
  • Bins should be emptied out whenever they begin to get full.

Bins should be dropped off and picked up on the dates specified on the request form. If there is a need to reschedule, please email [email protected].
