The seventh Annual University of Washington GIS Symposium will be held on Thursday, May 25th in the Allen Library Research Commons.
The GIS Symposium highlights and celebrates the transformational role of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), remote sensing, and data visualization technologies at the UW and beyond. The event will feature a keynote lecture from Matthew Rogers of the UW Climate Impacts Group, who will talk about the Climate Mapping for a Resilient Washington tool. The keynote will be followed by short talks from the UW GIS community. View the Symposium program here. All are welcome — no registration required.
