The Tateuchi East Asia Library in Gowen Hall has a variety of study spaces for different needs.
Reading Room (Floor 3)TEAL provides various types of study spaces. When you first enter the library on the 3rd floor of Gowen Hall, you’ll find an open space with cozy seatings. This new space has been recently created as part of the renovation sponsored by the Tateuchi Foundation. It’s a place where you can engage in low-hum conversations and study in a relaxed environment. Behind the shelves in the Reading Room on the same floor are long tables for quiet study. The area is equipped with electrical outlets and power strips along the wall. There are also two charging stations for phones and other electronic devices, courtesy of the STF. TEAL also offers computers, scanners, and printers for use. For more information, see the page on Computer, Printing, & Scanning Services. |
