Reserving Study Rooms

Group Study Rooms

The Engineering Library has eight group study rooms available for UW students, faculty and staff.

  • Room #202: second floor, capacity 8 people.
  • Room #203: second floor, capacity 8 people.
  • Room #208: second floor, capacity 8 people.
  • Room #302: third floor, capacity 8 people.
  • Room #303: third floor, capacity 8 people.
  • Room #401-A: fourth floor, capacity 8 people.
  • Room #401-B: fourth floor, capacity 8 people.
  • Room #401-C: fourth floor, capacity 8 people

All rooms are equipped with an LCD screen, a white board, pens, erasers, power, and wireless Internet connections. Adapters for the LCD screens are available at the Information Desk.

Study Room Rules

  • Study rooms are for use by 2+ people .

Reservation Policy

  • Individuals may reserve a maximum of 3 hours per day.
  • Reservations may be made a maximum of 2 weeks in advance.
  • Only current UW students, staff, and faculty with current, valid NetIDs will be able to reserve a space.
  • Individuals cannot have more than one space reserved at one time.
  • If a reservation is not claimed within 15 minutes, it may be used by another group.
  • Reservations are only valid when the library is open.
  • Please do not leave your belongings unattended, they are vulnerable to theft.
