Users Eligible for a Free UW Libraries Borrower’s Card
Individuals listed below will be issued a free UW Libraries Borrower’s Card upon presentation of appropriate identification to Library Account Services. Click “Apply Now!” below to begin filling out an online application.
Cards can also be purchased from and renewed by the Library Account Services office in person or over the phone.
