Library Card

- If you have a Husky Card, it serves as your library card to check out items from any UW Library, Summit, or Interlibrary Loan
- If you are not eligible for a Husky Card, contact Library Account Services to obtain a library card
- If the academic quarter of enrollment has already begun, your library account should be automatically activated 1-2 business days after you enroll
- If the academic quarter of enrollment has not yet begun, your library account may not activate until about one week prior to the quarter
- Your library account expires two weeks into the second consecutive quarter in which you are not enrolled. Contact Library Account Services if you have questions about your expiration date.

- Use your UW NetID to log in
- You should regularly check your online account, as you are responsible for all items checked out to it and fines will accrue on overdue items.
- Most UW-owned materials can be renewed indefinitely unless/until they are requested by someone else or the account expires
