There is a non-refundable fee of $100.00 per year or $30.00 for three months.
- Individuals who qualify on a basis of research needs and non-availability of material from other sources.
- Students from other institutions that are not members of the Orbis Cascade Alliance. This includes high school students ages 15-17 with parental/guardian permission.

Organizations and businesses that need research material not available from other libraries, issued borrower’s cards for a fee:
Cards are issued to a principal borrower rather than the organization. The principal borrower assumes responsibility for return of material and payment of library charges for all cards issued in his/her name. There is a non-refundable fee of $200.00 per card per year or $70.00 per card for three months. Additional cards in the name of the same principal borrower can be issued for a fee of $70.00 per card. These proxy cards will expire the same day as the principal borrower’s card.
